1.Can I get some samples? Is it free?
Yes, we are glad to offer you samples for quality test. Sample fee is needed.
2. What’s the delivery time?
Usually, bicycle accessories sample is 3-7 days, for bulk order is 20-30days.
Complete bicycle sample is 30 days, for bulk order, it is in 35-45 days after deposit.
3. How do I pay for my purchase order?
T/T , 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
4. Can I mix different models in one container? What’s the MOQ?
-Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but MOQ is required.
-MOQ for complete bikes is 100pcs, MOQ for kids bike is 300pcs.
MOQ for bicycle accessories is different.
5. Can i have my own customized product and painting my own brand?
Yes, we welcome to OEM/ODM, all the specifications, models, logo, color can be customized.
